3 sessions + personalised program
- Firstly I will conduct a fitness assessment including flexibility, muscular endurance, strength and weaknesses and a posture analysis
- Correct form is essential for staying injury free and for steady progression - which will be covered on each exercise we do
- Over these 3 one hour sessions together we will go through all the equipment that will be used in your program
- 2-4 days later you will receive your program allowing you to implement all the knowledge learned in our sessions so that you can progress at a faster rate than ever before
