My passion
Fitness through my eyes is more than just your 10k run or 6 pack abs or your ability to do 30 burpees (although these are pretty awesome). To understand what it truly means to be achieve optimal health we must look deeper at many different components which influence the body; posture, microbiomes, diet, exercise, rest, stress, toxins, purposefulness, sexual health, the awareness of your emotions and more. I understand that most clients want to LOOK great and this comes with the tertory but i feel I have much more value to offer and this can be achieved working with you in person.
